 Garth Frizzell is the Owner/CEO of Terra Cognita Software Systems Inc., an award-winning resource management software company he founded and incorporated in May 2002. He has a master’s degree from the University of Northern British Columbia and is a director on the Board of the Innovation Resource Centre, a non-profit computer industry support agency. He is also the Past-President of the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, and is the recipient of numerous business awards.
